2. Scope of Services & Medical Disclaimer

  • Not medical advice: Kristina is a Holistic Health Practitioner, Master Herbalist, and Coach. She is not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, or dietitian.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate health and personal history to support safe and effective guidance.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Prices for services are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made prior to or on the date of services unless otherwise arranged. A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged the full fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including therapeutic art protocols, journaling guides, and herbalism materials, is the exclusive property of Kristina Mumma and Soulful Heart Balance. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify site content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulful Heart Balance and Kristina Mumma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or coaching services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
