Three Collections. Three Pathways to Connection.

Begin with what you need in this season of your life.

Every Botanical Has a Somatic Practice

More than a product. A mindful experience.

What makes Soulful Heart Botanicals different?

Every botanical creation is paired with a complementary somatic practice designed to deepen your experience and encourage a more intentional relationship with your body.

Somatic practices invite us to become curious about our internal experiences through sensations, movement, breath, and awareness.

Rather than asking you to push through discomfort or force yourself into a particular emotional state, these gentle practices encourage you to listen, notice, and respond to your body's needs.

Here's how it works:

1. Choose your botanical. Explore the collection that resonates with what you're experiencing or what you'd like to cultivate.

2. Engage your senses. Enjoy the aroma, texture, or sensory experience of your botanical creation in a way that feels comfortable and supportive.

3. Explore your somatic practice. Scan the QR code accompanying your product to access its complementary practice.

4. Make the moment your own. Take a few breaths, notice your experience, and allow the practice to become a small ritual of self-connection.

There's no right way to experience these practices, no expectation to feel something specific, and no need to do everything perfectly.

Just an invitation to be present with yourself.

The botanical opens the door. The somatic practice invites you inward.

Thoughtfully Created. Intentionally Crafted.

Soulful Heart Botanicals is an extension of the philosophy behind Soulful Heart Balance: caring for the whole person, rather than focusing on isolated symptoms or experiences.

As a Master Herbalist, Clinical Aromatherapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, and Integrative Somatic IFS Coach, I bring together my love of plant-based wellness with an understanding of the connection between our bodies, emotions, and nervous systems.

Each creation is handcrafted in small batches with thoughtfully selected ingredients, an appreciation for the natural world, and a genuine intention to support meaningful self-care.

I believe wellness doesn't have to be complicated or another task on your already full to-do list.

Sometimes it's a botanical rollerball and a moment to ground yourself.

A comforting aroma and permission to rest.

A gentle practice that helps you notice what you've been carrying.

Small rituals that invite us to reconnect with ourselves, one intentional moment at a time.

With warmth,

Kristina Mumma Founder, Soulful Heart Balance & Soulful Heart Botanicals
