A compassionate place to meet yourself where you are.
Hi, I’m Kristina Mumma, founder of Soulful Heart Balance. I’m an Integrative Mental Health Coach with a focus on somatic and Internal Family Systems practices, as well as a master herbalist and clinical aromatherapist.
How I came to this work
I earned my degree in Human Development & Family Studies, with a counseling specialization, from Penn State. My early career was spent working with children and families, where I saw how deeply our relationships, surroundings, and experiences shape our sense of safety and well-being.
Over 10 years, I’ve brought food and nutrition, herbalism, aromatherapy, mindfulness, somatic practices, therapeutic art, and IFS-informed parts work together in a way that honors the connection between mind and body.

What it’s like to work with me
You don’t need to arrive with a clear explanation for everything you’re feeling. We can start right where you are. Together, we may explore the parts of you that feel responsible for holding it all together, the signals your body sends when stress builds, or the needs that have been difficult to make room for.
My role is to offer a steady, compassionate space and practical tools you can carry into daily life. Meaningful change begins when we meet ourselves with curiosity.
I also create spaces where people can learn and reconnect through workshops, retreats, and Soulful Heart Botanicals. The botanical collection is seasonal and centers on nervous system regulation and integration, emotional release, and rest and relaxation.
